Yes. We offer one-off workshops and keynotes, half-day and full-day sessions, multi-session wellbeing or leadership programmes, DiSC™ profiling and team facilitation, as well as blended coaching and workshop packages. All programmes are tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Do you provide menopause support for workplaces?
Yes. We offer one-to-one menopause wellbeing coaching as well as organisational support, including awareness workshops, manager training and guidance on creating a menopause-inclusive culture.
